Aunper is a lawless unoccupied zone. Several criminal organizations are headquartered here. After the Sehrogate Republic was driven away from the islands by the resident monsters, no further attempts to conquer them were made, and they were taken up by criminals needing somewhere outside the bounds of law and order.
